ZBA Group is a Baltimore based investment real estate firm. Founded in 2010 by Zach Winter and Alex Gerstmyer, ZBA Group's initial focus was residential real estate investment. In 2013 ZBA Group began adding commercial real estate to their portfolio, which consists of: professional centers, retail strip centers, service garages, mixed-use buildings, industrial, storage facilities as well as RO properties. ZBA Group, under its roof, encompasses legal, lending, management and contracting.
